Lawyer introductions - The bulk of the legal stream will generally start later but it usually helps to get the lawyer introduced and all the preliminary meetings and KYC out of the way so they are ready to go when the Buyers/Sellers are ready to move to this phase. 6. Debt Funding introductions - We will make introductions for the Buyer to funding specialists in our community for any needed lending. 7. Due Diligence introductions - We will make introductions for the Buyer to accountants that specialise in due diligence and business modelling in our community if needed. 8. Seller Due Diligence Instruction Call - We normally have a specific call to make sure the Seller knows how to use the Virtual Data Room and virtual request sheets and any other questions they may have. 9. Buyer planning call - We normally do a call to make sure the Buyer understands the process and ascertain what introduction would be helpful. We will also come up with a plan to get the most important information to progress any funding. Due Diligence Stream This is a very broad area and generally means the Buyer taking a look at the business from all angles and making sure they understand what they are buying. This generally breaks down as follows: Financial Due Diligence (FDD) - This is what most people think of when the subject of due diligence is discussed. This activity means looking at all of the financial data of the company including historical
