ORTHERN, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) , an in-
dustrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, announced its leased the entirety of 8 Hook Rd. in Bay- onne, a 65,300 s/f industrial building, to United Porte. Jordan Metz , senior vice president, Eric Koons , vice president, and Benito Ab- bate , sales associate, of BRC represented the landlord, New 8 Hook LLC. The tenant was represented by Jeffrey Re- alty in the transaction.

LEHIGHTON & BETH- LEHEM, PA — NAI Sum- mit has brokered the sale of a 30,000 s/f industrial ware- house in Eastern Pennsylva- nia. Mike Adams , senior vice president, and Sarah Finney Miller , vice president, rep- resented the seller in the transaction with a sale price of $1.95 million.
