Ayotunde (Tunde) Ogunbiyi, Joe Val, and Josh Weingram lead firm Philadelphia's Ally Management Partners redefining CRE with diversity and innovation

rienced and versatile project manager with more than 20 years of construction man- agement experience in a wide range of industries including pharmaceutical, technology, manufacturing and finance. He earned a Bachelor of Sci- ence in Mechanical Engineer- ing from Drexel University. Josh Weingram , too, has more than 20 years of experi- ence in the industry, most recently as the president of Concierge Construction Ser- vices. Previously he served as VP of Development at Prologis, and in a similar role at Liberty Property Trust and Dranoff
Properties. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer- ing and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering, both from Tufts University. Ayotunde Ogunbiyi has more than 10 years of experi- ence managing high performing teams while forging successful culture. His passion for team dynamics and efficacy is born of a career in professional soccer as both a player and a coach. He formed Ayo Partners in 2022 serving as a consultant with Ensemble/Mosaic. Tunde earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from Boston College. MAREJ
HILADELPHIA, PA — Three Philadelphia- based commercial real estate consultants – Ayotunde (Tunde) Ogunbiyi, Joe Val and Josh Weingram have formed Ally Management Part- ners. The minority-owned firm offers a full spectrum of services including project management and owner’s representation. The new company’s princi- pals are involved with various projects across the region. The first two projects are with En - semble/Mosaic, in Philadelphia. Ogunbiyi is providing project management services for 1201 Normandy Place and Wein- gram is serving as the owner’s representative at the executive level on pre-construction work on the AVE Navy Yard, the first residential project in the Navy Yard since the 1940s. Val is the project manager for a life sci- ence building being developed in Wilmington, DE. “Ally Management Partners is the merging of more than 50 years of commercial real estate experience across many product types,” said Ogunbiyi, principal. “Each of us brings depth and breadth to the part- nership which together allows us to provide the highest level of quality and service to our clients. It’s a very exciting prospect for us all.” Ogunbiyi got his start in real estate when he was introduced to Mark Seltzer and Brian Co- hen, managing directors of En- semble Investments, LLC, who are heading development for the company at the Navy Yard in Philadelphia. Ogunbiyi was seeking entry into a career in the industry and the two hired him onto the pre-construction team for 1201 Normandy Place. “Not everyone comes to real estate on a conventional path,” said Seltzer. “One of our core missions at the Navy Yard is to create openings for minori- ties and women. Tunde showed commitment, tenacity and a deep willingness to learn – many of the characteristics that allow people to thrive in this industry. He became a great asset to the project.” While working on 1201 Nor- mandy, Ogunbiyi met Val while participating in a focus group assembled by Clayton Mitchell, who at the time was SVP, Real Estate & Facilities at Thomas Jefferson University and Jef- ferson Health. Ogunbiyi found Val’s openness and support without agenda impressive.
