Guillermo Bustamante, PE joined ECS’ York, PA office as a geotechnical senior project engineer. Bustamante brings eight years of experience to his new role. His responsibilities

include planning and imple- menting field explorations, writing geotechnical reports, providing design support and geotechnical consultancy and mentoring senior and junior staff members. Bustamante attended Brigham Young Uni- versity and holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Raghu Peddishree, PE joined ECS’ Philadelphia, PA office as a group manager in the CMT department. Raghu brings more than 19 years of ex- perience to ECS in construction materials testing and geotech- nical engineering. Peddishree holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a geo- technical engineering focus and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Kakatiya University in India.
