Hanson announced it has brokered a long-term lease deal with Ramsey Fine Food Inc. for 11,100 s/f of retail space at 465 North Franklin Turnpike in Ramsey. NAI Hanson’s Ronald Fotiu rep- resented the landlord, Impruv LLC in the transaction. Gary Sauerborn of NAI Hanson represented the tenant. Ramsey Fine Food Inc. will occupy the freestanding, 15,000 s/f space. The company is relocating from its previous 3,000 s/f Route 17 location. The ideal location for their market, which boasts 14-foot ceilings and 50 parking spaces, means the growing company can increase their stock and visibility. “The NAI Hanson exclusive listing at 465 North Franklin was perfect for the company’s immediate expansion plans as it was nearby their previous location allowing them to retain their loyal customer base while building upon their already im- pressive business,” said Fotiu. n 465 North Franklin Turnpike
