Virtual personal training through The Fitness Lab offers clients the ability to reach their health and fitness goals from the comfort and safety of their own home. The Fitness Lab uses a platform called Trainerize to deliver our programs. Similar to our in person training we specialize in functional movement, personal training, medical exercise and performance training.
