That’s why our safety focus during the third quarter is our Fatigue Management video course. In this video, you'll learn the common causes and how to prevent fatigue, along with how to spot these warning signs: • Physical symptoms such as strained eyes, inability to focus, head nods and jerks, yawning and an inability to find a comfortable position • Erratic driving actions like speed variances, tailgating and missing traffic signs • Performance impairments such as forgetfulness and delayed reactions.
