NEED TO REJECT A CASE? Case Barnett Thanks Our Referral Partners

We don’t just take cases from our referral partners. We are also eager to send them cases! While we work in a number of practice areas, we aren’t able to take every case that comes through the door. Sometimes a potential client needs help in a field we don’t specialize in, and other times, it’s not a case we’re best suited to help. When this happens, we’d much rather send a client to an attorney we know they can trust than leave them without any hope.

A will and trust attorney we work with had a case involving nursing home abuse end up on their desk.

As this wasn’t something the attorney could handle, they would have normally had to send the client away empty-handed.

Fortunately, they thought to call us instead.

At Case Barnett Law, we have experience handling a variety of cases, from farming accidents and spinal cord injuries to elder abuse. We were able to help the client get the justice they deserved, and when the case was over, we sent the will and trust attorney a $60,000 check — the attorney referral fees and a thank-you for sending us the case. This is just one example of our mutually beneficial relationship with fellow attorneys across the area. When a client came to a real estate attorney at a Los Angeles county law firmwith a wrongful-death car accident, she directed them to us. We settled the case in under six months, taking care of our client and sending our referral partner attorney $50,000!
