TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM FOLLOW THESE STEPS

1. In a web browser navigate to buildertrend.net and login with your username and password provided to you by Hyde Homes. 2. At the top of the page there will be several clickable items. Click on ‘Warranty’ 3. Click on the green button labeled ‘New Claim’ 4. Please fill out the form as appropriate for your warranty claim. For example, if there is a leak in the kitchen sink drain: a. Title: ‘Kitchen Sink Drain’ b. In the drop-down menu under category, assign the category ‘Plumbing’ c. Description: ‘The drain for the kitchen sink is leaking when water is ran in the sink’ d. Attachments: Please attach pictures of the issue to help us assess the issue to expedite the repair service This claim will be sent directly to the warranty team . Our warranty team will contact you through BuilderTrend within 48 hours with a proposed date and time to come assess and repair the issue. Buyers can either accept this proposed date and time or request an alternate date and time.
