Day 7: Grand Teton National Park Today you’ll explore the beautiful landscape of another national park, this time Grand Teton, home to serene lakes, snow-capped peaks and mighty glaciers. Day 8: West Yellowstone - Salt Lake City You’ll travel to Salt Lake City, with plenty of time to explore this lively city, surrounded by mountains. Day 9: Canyonlands National Park Take in the rugged landscape and expansive canyon views at Canyonlands National Park. Day 10: Arches National Park Home to the world’s greatest concentration of red sandstone arches, explore the Arches National Park today. Day 11: Mesa Verde National Park Visit Cliff Palace in the Mesa Verde National Park to marvel at this archaeological masterpiece. Day 12: Monument Valley Instantly recognisable thanks to being the setting of many movies, you’ll explore Monument Valley today and sample some Navajo-style dishes. Day 13: Grand Canyon Admire spectacular panoramic views of the Grand Canyon today, taking in the immense scale of this astounding natural wonder. Day 14: Bryce Canyon National Park Watch the colours of rocks change in the light at Bryce Canyon National Park, admiring the unique geology. Day 15: Zion National Park - Las Vegas Explore the sheer cliffs, deep chasms, and rock formations of Zion National Park before heading to the bright lights of Las Vegas, a startling contrast. Days 16-17: Las Vegas - UK Spend the morning at leisure in Las Vegas before flying overnight back to the UK.
Day 7: Knysna Today is free to explore Knysna at your leisure. Day 8: Knysna - Pretoria Head along the spectacular Garden Route this morning to Port Elizabeth, stopping at the iconic 77-metre-long suspension bridge at Storms River Mouth in Tsitsikamma National Park. This evening, Weave through some extraordinary scenery on the Panorama Route, taking in highlights like Blyde Canyon and the rainforest at God’s Window. Day 10: Kruger National Park On your first day at Kruger, embark on a thrilling game drive, perhaps spotting some of the ‘Big Five’ before relaxing by the pool. Day 11: Kruger National Park Today you have the option to join a game drive or relax and enjoy the amenities. In the evening sample some famous African barbecue food at an outdoor dinner around a fireplace. you’ll fly to Johannesburg. Day 9: Panorama Route Day 12: Kruger National Park - Johannesburg Enjoy the morning at leisure before heading to Johannesburg, a metropolis that thrums with energy. Day 13: Johannesburg - Victoria Falls Transfer to the airport and fly to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. You’ll be welcomed with a Dinner & Drum Show at the Boma, with traditional African food, drumming and dancing. Days 14-15: Victoria Falls Experience the sheer beauty of this UNESCO World Heritage Site on your first morning with a guided tour. The following day, relax by the pool and soak up the sunshine. Day 1: UK - Denver Fly to Denver, Colorado. Day 2: Rapid City Head to Rapid City in the eastern foothills of South Dakota, passing fantastic scenery on the way. Day 3: Mount Rushmore Witness the famous granite sculptures of Presidents Roosevelt, Lincoln, Washington and Jefferson today, and explore the strange yet beautiful landscape of the Badlands National Park. Day 4: Deadwood Head into ‘Wild West’ territory through the Black Hills to the city of Deadwood and Sheridan. Day 6: Oudtshoorn - Knysna Start the day with a visit to the Cango Caves, descending into an underground world of limestone caverns.
