With its chic upscale eateries and excellent museums, there is plenty to see and do. No visit to Edmonton is complete without stopping at the West Edmonton Mall, the largest shopping mall in Head west along the Yellowhead Highway to Hinton and keep your eyes peeled for large wildlife such as moose and bears, regularly spotted just off the main road. Days 8-9: Jasper National Park North America. Day 7: Alberta Not long after leaving the town and almost out of nowhere, the mighty Canadian Rockies come into view. As you enter Jasper National Park, take a detour to Miette Hot Springs. These are the hottest in the Rockies at a toasty 37°C.
