Weight Room 101 includes weight room orientation, specific instruction on upper and lower body exercises, and cardiovascular training tips. Instruction and guidance on how to properly train your entire body safely and effectively will help participants to gain muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. For safety purposes, this class is limited to 10 participants. Please register in advance at the front desk. Closed toe footwear is required.
SUMMER CAMP HIGHLIGHTS The Sanibel Recreation Center Summer Camp program is in full swing. The kids have had so much fun! They have built a tire garden, went on local field trips, created crafts, and much more!
