Bauderflex flat roofing system for FOH’s School of Management project at Queen’s University, Belfast’s Riddel Hall campus.
The team’s expertise extended to the installation of three green areas and two wildflower blankets. Additionally, they skillfully incorporated mountings for a Bauder integrated PV system, further enhancing the project’s sustainability. Warren Allen, Contracts Manager, commended the team for their meticulous attention to detail, particularly their intricate work on numerous perimeter upstands, which included balustrade railing posts.. He also highlighted the challenges faced when dealing with a series of nine closely spaced roof lights. “Ian demonstrated exceptional skill while installing insulation and felt in these hard-to-access areas,” commented Warren. He added, “This is probably the most intricate work I have seen during my time with Tandragee Roofing Company.”
