An update from TAB

The introduction of “We’re On” is just the beginning of our comprehensive rebrand, which includes a vibrant new colour palette and spans a wide array of touchpoints, from revamped marketing materials and captivating content to eye-catching merchandise and signage that will cover our extensive TAB Retail network.

One year of the new TAB App

We can hardly believe it, but it’s already been twelve months since the new TAB App was launched. In that time, we’ve continued to invest in ongoing upgrades and enhancements, including to the retail-exclusive Venue Mode experience, Bets Friends, Popular Same Game Multi, as well as footy stats, and plenty more.

Stay vigilant over Spring Racing Carnival

We’re right in the thick of TAB’s busiest time of the year; it’s important that TAB Operators are aware of their obligations when it comes to minors betting in venue. In accordance with the Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct, TAB Venue staff are required to ask for proof of age if a person looks less than 25 years old. It is an offence to sell a bet to a minor.

The TAB App also continues to be a great way for your venue to earn.

Digital Commissions are earned when a verified TAB digital account customer places a bet in a TAB venue. Digital Commissions are paid to venues in three instances*: • Acquisition payment – A one-off payment for any new fully verified customer acquired in your venue. • In-Venue commissions – Paid on bets placed via the TAB App whilst a customer is in your venue. • Out of venue commissions – Paid on bets placed on a customer acquired in your venue whilst they are outside a TAB venue via the TAB App.

Ask for ID if they look 25 years or younger. If in doubt, just ask.
