IPRS have their headquarters at Little Blakenham near Ipswich and offer a diverse range of clinical products and services to the public and private sectors. Founded in 1995, they undertook a radical change in the structure of the business in 2004, transforming themselves into a group of five separate businesses, all of which have proved to be consistently successful. CEO Martyn Jackson was commended for his clear and distinct direction set for each of the five different parts of the business, “He is aware of the growing opportunities in the healthcare sectors that IPRS Group operates within”, said Sharon, “and he has a clear vision for future growth, whilst developing his management team to take greater responsibility as the group’s businesses develop.” Martyn has a five-year strategy and vision for the IPRS Group to double its turnover to £20-25million within healthcare, and expand into other areas, whilst retaining its independence. Crucial to achieving this, Martyn believes, is attracting and retaining the very best people for the senior management team. IPRS now employs more than 150 people, including around 70 at the Little Blakenham site. The group also has offices in aberdeen, Bridgend and Eastbourne. Recent growth has been internally funded, and Martyn says the aim is for this to continue, with IPRS remaining private and independent.
