The two Dorset centres at Poole and Ferndown now have a combined fleet of five vans, offering on-site hose repairs and replacement and excellent customer service across the whole of the Dorset area. Larger national companies and smaller local businesses alike are all using the Pirtek service more than ever before, as the Dorset area is now fully covered by Pirtek Poole and Ferndown. One larger customer, GAP Group Ltd, now uses both the centre and its mobile services frequently and has praised Pirtek for its outstanding service, relying on them for top quality hose repair and hydraulic maintenance. Local smaller businesses, such as garages, have also started to become regular customers at the Ferndown centre too. “We’ve picked up a couple of
smaller accounts from some local companies, giving us a steady flow of regular business, which is an added bonus. Certainly from the point of view of our prominent position and easy access we have seen a lot more work coming in.”
