All things are considered from the athlete’s age, training experience, time frame to train, strengths/weaknesses, athletic goals, and movement quality and are customized to peak with the athlete as their season begins. Each program focuses on:

With the use of our PCAP Movement Analysis Software and our Bar Velocity Monitoring System, our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists are able to analyze each athletes’ movement patterns and force output to gain an overall view of the athlete’ performance profile. This data allows us to focus specifically on an athletes technical proficiency/mechanics and force generating capabilities at a level of detail not commonly seen.
