The Ministry of Finance (MoF) Taxation division is responsible for developing, administering, and overseeing Kuwait’s tax policies and revenue collection frameworks. It manages corporate tax, foreign entity taxation, excise duties, and financial compliance to support national fiscal stability and economic diversification.
A comprehensive digital taxation program, will position Kuwait as a competitive, investment-friendly financial hub in the region.
