Kuwait’s 2035 Vision
Kuwait has exploited its strategic competent leadership, and oil revenue to significantly improve the quality of life of its citizens during the last decades. The Government of Kuwait aims to continue prospering by reducing its reliance on oil and transitioning to a knowledge-based economy. This Vision was founded on seven main pillars:
1. Sustainable Economy 2. Effective Civil Services 3. Sustainable Living Environment;
4. Developed Infrastructure 5. High quality Healthcare 6. Global Positioning 7. Creative Human Capital.
Kuwait’s government initiated a reform program to boost the country’s economy and enhance the climate for small and medium-sized businesses. At the same time, the government unveiled Vision 2035, a plan to reshape the country for its residents.
