September townhome sales increased by 41% month-over-month, to 24, and were 14% below September 2023. The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in North Vancouver, at 19%, re(ected a balanced market. The townhome median price in September was $1,300,000, a 7% decrease from August and 0.4% above September 2023. The average sold price was $1,389,883, 1.2% above last month; the average PSF sale price was $863, up 4% to last month.
