September townhome sales increased by 12% month-over-month, to 318, and were 5% above September 2023. The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in the Greater Vancouver board area, at 19%, re(ected a balanced market. The townhome median price in September was $1,005,000, a 1.3% decrease from August and 8% below September 2023. The average sold price was $1,118,094, 2% above last month; the average PSF sale price was $790, up 6% to last month.
