Dominic Monaghan – Associate Director, Construction & Development Dominic joined MRG in 2010 and has worked in recruitment for over a decade, placing candidates with Main Contractors and Residential Developers at mid to senior management level. He previously worked in the construction industry for a specialist sub-contractor specialising in brickwork and restoration projects, including the complete restoration of a near derelict farmhouse, which gave him a real buzz for the profession. In 2005 he decided to pursue a role in construction recruitment as he still wanted to be involved in the industry. Dominic builds strong lasting relationships, building on his 15+ years’ experience assisting clients who have worked with him during his whole recruitment career. With a structured recruitment strategy, Dominic will put 100% commitment in to delivering for his clients. He delivers to the brief, giving clients the choice and variety they would get from multiple consultants but without the hassle. Dominic works with a variety of clients including large PLC’s, regional developers, residential contractors and mansion builders, across the south east & London. Lee Baddock – Executive Search Specialist Lee joined MRG in 2019 to support the construction, design and developer recruitment offering both within the UK and wider international markets. With over 20 years’ experience in delivering targeted and covert recruitment campaigns within the built environment marketplace, Lee is now utilising this experience to work with progressive construction companies in the development of their management and project teams. Initially working within the industry, Lee moved into construction recruitment and has since set up and grown two recruitment businesses before joining MRG where he retains the same level of passion for good recruiting as he did on his first day within the recruitment sector. Among a wide range of recruitment skills Lee has experience of using the Thomas International psychometric and assessment tools in order to appraise candidates fully to ensure a good fit into any client organisation.
