This year, the bulls were developed by Eisenbraun’s, where they were fed a high-quality ration consisting of high-moisture corn, modified distillers, and a bal- anced blend of roughages including silage and ground hay. The bulls transitioned smoothly onto a 49 Mcal/lb ration in mid-February and have been maintained there since. These bulls are built to last—designed to go out and work without falling apart after the first breeding sea- son.
