Alexa’s Playful Learning Academy for Young Children Amy Oh brings humanity and compassion to everything she does. When the pandemic began, she took it upon herself to create a website that allows parents to be virtually involved with what’s going on in Alexa’s PLAYC. She inspires everyone to provide the very best service to our children and families.

One of the incredible brains behind Rady Children’s telemedicine capabilities, Jared Vogt is a low-key, highly effective leader. He’s creative, positive and a smart problem- solver, focused on providing superb customer service without fanfare. A wrangler of strong personalities, he can be counted on to advance the best possible solutions with a high impact.

accommodating, no matter how many times you ask her the same questions. She goes out of her way to meet her team’s scheduling needs for rooms and equipment for meetings and education classes. PINA MELO Purchasing Specialist, Supply Chain Pina Melo seems to know the answer to every question, even when no one else does. Her rapid responsiveness is key to providing support to three inpatient units. She’s able to expedite urgent supply and equipment orders, which is especially helpful when patients need special equipment on the very same day.

Dana Patrick can handle anything thrown at her. She has led civility efforts across the organization, and stepped up to establish and lead the health screening process while negotiating census and acuity volatility in her departments. As interim director of the cardiothoracic intensive care unit, she helped stabilize the unit and advanced important initiatives to serve vulnerable patients. He is a courageous, dependable leader who consistently inspires and empowers his teams.

ELENA MISNER End User Services Analyst, IM Elena Misner is always the first to volunteer for a project, stay late and help out. She comes to work each day with a smile on her face and a passion for doing things correctly and efficiently. She’s great at responding to technical emergencies, and providing innovative solutions when an immediate fix is unavailable.
