Millville community with a mix of retail and food tenants. At the time of sale, the strip center was nearly fully leased, with only one 5,000 s/f end-cap space remaining, which the new ownership plans to lease to a food operator. The buyer, YK Millville LLC, a New Jersey-based investor, acquired the property as a long-term retail investment. Located along North 2nd Street (Route 47), the center ben‑ efits from strong visibility and accessibility within a retail corridor serving the greater Cumberland County market.
Said Sussman of the deal, “Neighborhood retail centers anchored by national discount retailers continue to attract investor demand. Dollar Tree Plaza represents a well-located asset with strong tenancy and future leasing potential.” While Sussman Company has historically been known for its multi-family investment brokerage work, the transac‑ tion represents the firm’s third retail investment property sale within a short period of time, reflecting continued investor demand for stabilized neigh‑ borhood retail centers.
