Squires joined Kislak in 2007 and specializes in multifamily and retail investment proper- ties throughout northern and central NJ. After his first year, he received the firm’s Rookie of the Year award and was pro- moted to VP in 2009. In 2017, he was promoted to senior VP and in 2024 to managing director. He is consistently among the firm’s top producers and serves as a guide for the sales team. The Lease Transactions award is presented to the individual who completed the highest number of commercial leases during the past year. Wisniewski also had a strong 2025, completing 25 com- mercial leases throughout NJ and PA. Wisniewski joined Kislak in 2015 and is a leader in the firm’s commercial sales and leasing affiliate. Throughout his career, he has leased or sold more than eight million s/f of commercial space and over 1,500 acres of land and is actively growing Kislak’s presence in New Jersey. This award marked his eighth consecutive recognition. The Rising Star award is presented to newer salespeo- ple who recorded the greatest achievements during the past year. LoBocchiaro joined Kislak in 2024 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office, industrial and other commercial properties in cen- tral NJ. His 2025 transactions include the sale of two office condominiums in Old Bridge and a 5,252 s/f retail lease in downtown Red Bank to Brooks Brothers. MAREJ

Kislak Pro - ducer of the Year; senior VP Tom Scatuorchio and man- aging director Jeff Squires were co-recipients of the Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year award, and Squires also received the Sales Trans- actions award; executive VP Peter Wisniewski received the Lease Transactions award; and associate Matt LoBoc- chiaro received the Rising Star award. The Jay I. Kislak Producer of the Year award is presented to the individual who generated the highest sales volume during the past year and is named af- ter the firm’s late chairman, an inspiring entrepreneur, real es- tate pioneer, and philanthropist. Wolf had an exceptional 2025, closing 14 transactions including the sale of 17 multi- family properties throughout PA for $145M. He joined Kis- lak in 2017 following over a de- cade in commercial real estate focused on multifamily and in- vestment sales in central and eastern PA. Wolf previously earned this award in 2020 and in 2022 received the firm’s Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year award. Wolf is a Certified Commercial Invest - ment Member, holds a PA real estate broker’s license and was promoted to senior VP in 2022. The Sima Kislak Jelin Sales- person of the Year award is pre- sented to the individual whose performance and professional- ism during the past year dem- onstrated the highest standards of excellence for which Kislak is known. A vote of the sales and management teams selects the recipient, and the award is named after the late Mrs. Jelin, an executive, mentor, and daughter of the firm’s founder. In 2025, this award was shared by Scatuorchio and Squires. Scatuorchio had a strong 2025 with sales totaling more than $20M, including the $11M sale of Franklin Towers in Belleville.
