Phase 3 of Barnaby & 7th will include an additional 100+ rental units spanning across one multifamily building. Across the full Barnaby & 7th development, green roofs are designed to meet DC’s stormwater management re - quirements and accommodate solar panels, reducing the proj - ect’s environmental impact and carbon footprint. When complete, Barnaby & 7th will deliver 498 new afford - able housing units located at the intersection of 7th St., SE and Barnaby Road, SE. The lo- cation is transit-friendly, well- served by metro bus lines and major highways, providing safe and convenient access to vari- ous parts of Washington DC. The development fosters a sense of community by offering amenities designed to enhance the quality of life, ensuring residents have a comfortable and supportive environment to call home.
