Additional $5 per day feed cost will be assessed for every day after May 1 that bull is not picked up. HERD HEALTH: • All Bulls selling on the online sale have passed semen a BSE examine. • All cattle will be accompanied by proper health certificates for immediate shipment. LIABILITY: All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk, legal or otherwise, for their safety or for the behavior of the animals. The owners, and sale staff assume no liability for property loss or any accident that may occur.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Bulls will sell under the standard terms and conditions of the American Angus Association. All lots and merchandise are presented as described by the Seller. LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS. Bidder acknowledges that all lots were available for inspection prior to the auction and, by these terms, it is the Bidder’s responsibility to personally inspect all lots that he/she or it may purchase. Failure on part of the Bidder to inspect lots, or otherwise be fully informed as to the nature, quality and condition of lots purchased, will not constitute grounds for any type of refund or termination of the sale agreement between the Buyer and Seller. All lots and merchandise sold become the property of Buyer at the conclusion of the auction. Bulls are guaranteed to be fertile up to 45 days after turnout, if a problem occurs, buyer must contact seller within that period. Bulls are not guaranteed against injury and insurance must be secured for coverage. INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions for lot(s) purchased will be emailed to the Buyer immediately within 24 hours. This correspondence will be sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address on file.
