In line with client needs, we are now seeking to expand the development and asset management capabilities delivered by the team to ensure appropriate support is accessible and deliverable to clients through appointment at both senior and associate levels. The roles that we are recruiting for will support business development, generate high quality client facing advice and provide mentorship for the graduates within the team.
2018/19 has been a successful and progressive year for the Property team at ETL. We started 4 years ago with all our clients coming from the NHS, but over time, we have purposely diversified into wider sectors to expand and broaden our client base. We are now working across the private and public sectors, providing asset management, development, valuation, agency and strategic estates reviews to maximise the long-term value and operational efficiency of our client’s property portfolios. We work across a diverse range of clients including the MoD, Central Government, local authorities, charities, education and several private sector organisations. The property team is a young, sociable, dynamic and expanding team with a range of professional skills that enable us to deliver a full range of estates support and strategy work.
