FSA - FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) help you budget and pay for eligible health care and/or dependent care expenses while saving money on taxes.

Both the Health Care and Dependent Care FSAs cover expenses incurred beginning January 1 or the following month after you enroll if you are newly hired. To be reimbursed, your expenses must be incurred before March 15 of the following year and submitted for reimbursement before April 1 of that year. Your account balance does not carry over from one year to the next. Any money remaining in your account after March 31 will be forfeited. This is known as the “use it or lose it” rule and is required by IRS regulations. Plan carefully to maximize
