Zaha Hadid designed a fleet of futuristic yachts for the Blohm+Voss shipyard in Hamburg, inspired by the diversity of organic shapes in the submarine world together with fluid dynamics and the marine ecosystem. She broke all the standard rules of yacht design by turning her back on the usual aquanautic design vocabulary.
