Article on "Control in an Age of Empowerment" from Harvard Business Review (I use this in my MBA and Executive teaching/coaching activities). As we move forward, I will be working with the Faculty to increase its involvement in these systems - especially the "Beliefs" and "Boundary" systems. And for how Faculty can participate more fully in identifying and reporting potential abuses. (attached) CONFIDENTIALITY - NOT REQUESTED NOR EXPECTED FOR ME PERSONALLY I fully understand that our complaint process does not ensure confidentiality. I have no expectation nor do I request that my status as complainant be shielded. One of the things we know about whistle-blowers or complainants is they often face retaliation in many formal and informal ways. I am fully aware of this and proceed anyway. However, the confidentiality of others in the process, especially the victims, should be carefully protected as allowed by our policies and the law. Thus, I do grant in advance, the ability for anyone on this e-mail thread to forward or share this content and any subsequent communications, subject to the course of your official duties.
