WHEREAS, the Board now finds it necessary to issue and sell a series of Bonds (the “Series 2018 Bonds”) under the authority of the Master Resolution to provide funds (i) to pay all or a portion of the cost of acquiring, constructing, and equipping a new residence hall and dining facility on the University’s main campus in Ellensburg and renovating an existing student apartment complex, (ii) to capitalize interest on the Series 2018 Bonds, if interest is capitalized, and (iii) to pay the costs of issuance and sale of the Series 2018 Bonds; and WHEREAS, it is necessary that the date, form, and certain terms and conditions of the Series 2018 Bonds be fixed pursuant to Section 8 of the Master Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF CENTRAL WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY, as follows: Section 1. Definitions and Interpretation. Unless otherwise defined herein, the terms used in this Series Resolution, including the preamble hereto, that are defined in the Master Resolution shall have the meanings set forth in the Master Resolution. In addition, the following terms shall have the following meanings in this Series Resolution:
