That the attached Resolution No. 18-02 (the “Resolution”) is a full, true, and correct copy of a resolution of the Board duly adopted at a regular meeting of the Board held on February 9, 2018, as that Resolution appears on the minute book of the University, and the Resolution is now in full force and effect; 2.
