7 DAY, PLAINS GAME, RIFLE HUNT, in the Eastern Cape of South Africa for 3 Hunters! Trophy Animals Included: (to be shared by the group) 1 Impala, 1 Common Blesbok, and choice of one of the following: Blue Wildebeest, Black Wildebeest or Red Hartebeest The fair market value of this hunt is estimated at USD: $10,867.00 Donation Includes: Transportation to and from the airport in Port Elizabeth, A licensed professional hunter (PH), Hunting vehicle, Trackers and skinners, camp chef & staff, Three daily meals, Local beer and wine in moderation, soft drinks and bottled water, Daily laundry service, Field preparation of trophies. Additional Hunters and Observer Fees: 1 Hunter x 1 PH $400.00 per day, 2+ Hunters x 1 PH $350.00 per day, Observers $200.00 per day. Booking Terms and Conditions: A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 per hunter is required to confirm your hunting dates in our calendar. The deposit is due no later than 30 days from the day the hunt was won Deposit will be credited towards your final invoice on the last evening in camp. Important Note: Our donation program requires that each of the three hunters shoot at least two additional animals outside of the donation package. The animal pricing will be based off our posted price sheet, the year in which the hunt is taken. Our donation is designed for each of the three hunters to take one free stated animal each, in the event that only two hunters come on this hunt, your two free animals will be (1) Impala and (1) Common Blesbok. All arriving clients will be picked up at the airport in Port Elizabeth at 11:00 am, all departing clients will be taken to the airport from camp at 10:00 am. We only make one run to the airport every nine days, clients that choose to fly in or out, outside of these time frames and create the need for a second airport run, will incur a $200.00 transportation fee.
Not Included In The Donation: Trophy fees for all animals killed / wounded and lost, Accommodations before or after arrival in camp, Spirits and liquor, Dipping, packing, documentation, shipping of trophies or taxidermy work, Medical rescue insurance, Rifle rentals $45.00 per day plus ammo, Hunting license $150.00, Special permit fees, Gratuities are at the clients discretion ** The ADA is not responsible for any retainer fees. 100% of proceeds from this lot goes toward ADA fundraiser.
