This is my Grandma Kathy’s senior portrait. I think she is one of the most beautiful women in the world and I’ve admired this photo since I was a kid. I transferred a scanned version of her photo onto fabric using my printer and added some embroidery to embellish it. My Grandma is a cross-stitcher and I am an embroidery artist so adding the stitches and framing it in an embroidery hoop added some special touches.
