Arrangements will be made with the buyer beyond that point. Haul your own bull home on sale day and receive a $50 refund for each bull purchased. Terms & Conditions: Bulls sell under the standard terms and conditions established by the American Angus Association. Sale block announcements on sale day will take precedence. Hall Ranch will retain 1/3 interest in all bulls selling. Buyer retains full possession and salvage value. first breeding season guarantee: All bulls are guaranteed against breeding injury for the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90 day period following first turnout of bulls. Credit for the amount of purchase, less $5,000 per bull, will be applied toward a bull for replacement. Credit can be used at the time of loss if the buyer finds that we have a suitable replacement available. If the buyer prefers, the credit can be used at the following year’s sale on a bull. The buyer will keep the salvage value of the injured bull. This is not a mortality insurance policy.
