Our Story

THE 3M Way

Merchandise (The Resource Engine) Our lifestyle clothing brand and O TO SXTY Coffee merchandise serves as the "fuel" for Rise Up Racing’s operations. Revenue from these streams is dedicated to offset event infrastructure, logistics, and scaling our physical presence costs. While this fuels the organization, it remains distinct from leadership funding, ensuring that product sales directly benefit the community experience and event quality.

MERCHANDISE (Apparel & Coffee)

Media (The Acceleration Hub) Hub-and-Spoke Content Strategy Media is our digital megaphone. We utilize a hub-and-spoke collective content strategy: The Hub: High-production flagship content (Zerto To 60 Podcast, Giveback Garage, Upshift, & the Stance). The Spokes: A collective of influencer partnerships and niche content channels that drive traffic back to the center. This model is designed to accelerate platform monetization, turning digital engagement into a recurring revenue stream that further offsets operational costs and broadens the reach of the Gospel. Ministry (The Mission Finish Line) Discipleship, Evangelism, and Presence Ministry is the ultimate output of the 3M cycle. This is where the President’s Philanthropic Salary produces ROI. By securing dedicated leadership funding through a separate philanthropic endeavor, we ensure the President is 100% focused on the "human" work: one- on-one mentorship, spiritual leadership at meets, and Gospel-centered community building.

MEDIA (Content & Social) Platform Monetization Impact

MINISTRY (Discipleship & Community Impact)

OCCUPY NE Reaching the Unreached

OCCUPY THE MANDATE (SPACE RENOVATION) Objective: To establish and maintain the theological and strategic "standard of trade" for all organizational activities. Key Activities: Outreach mission using Bibles, tracts, and other evangelistic giveaways. Strategic Alignment, insuring the (FAST) vision is integrated into all events, media content, and merchandise messaging. The Increase (Metric): 100% mission alignment across all public- facing platforms and content, new enthusiasts reached, confessions of Christ, increased Christlike lives evidenced by community engagement.

OCCUPY THE CULTURE (NICHE PENETRATION) Objective: To equip a "Street Team" of enthusiasts to occupy secular car culture as "Bold Witnesses". Key Activities: Life-on-Life Discipleship: Facilitating mentorship and faith-based discussions during community meets. Community Immersion, Actively "fishing" for new Kingdom members (ABC!) The Increase (Metric): Growth of the Content Collective to 20+ active Riders/Ambassadors, and mandate metrics.

MINISTRY (Discipleship & Community Impact)

OCCUPY THE NETWORK (DIGITAL DOMINANCE) Objective: To multiply the reach of the Gospel through a sophisticated "Hub-and-Spoke" media engine. Key Activities: Asset Production, executing 44 annual episodes across four network programs. Marketplace proliferation, leveraging the organic reach of the content collective to lower CAC and drive traffic to the ministry "Hub". The Increase (Metric): High-volume engagement and brand penetration leading to "monetization readiness", and mandate metrics.

OCCUPY THE HARVEST (SPACE REDEMPTION) Objective: To utilize retail operations as an active carrier for the Gospel mandate and to convert brand affinity into sustainable revenue and community impact. Key Activities: Strategic messaging, integrating faith-increasing messaging into the design, packaging and distribution of the Rise Up merchandise and the 0 TO SXTY Coffee startup (Target: $73,125 sales). Monetization & profit sharing, implementing a tiered reward platform for “Riders” to drive brand penetration and ensure the program is financially scalable. Primary Metric: Increased sales, Increased monetization, increased evidence of Christlike lives among customers and enthusiasts through qualitative feedback and continued engagement.

A New Season, A Singular Focus To my friends, partners, and the New England car community, For years, I have lived at the intersection of two worlds: a deep, personal passion for automotive culture and an unwavering calling to serve the Kingdom of God. I have seen firsthand that the car scene is more than just chrome and horsepower—it is a massive, global community of people looking for belonging, identity, and purpose. Yet, it is a mission field that remains largely unreached. In 2025, Rise Up Racing was a vision fueled by "after-hours" effort. We saw incredible momentum with events like the Kanc Kickoff and OCCUPY NE, proving that there is a hunger for a space where faith and car culture coexist. But to move from a series of events to a sustainable, culture-shifting movement, it requires more than part- time attention. It requires a dedicated engine.

Founding President & CEO

That is why I am stepping into a new role ...

This isn't just a career change; it’s a commitment to be on the ground daily—mentoring young enthusiasts, building strategic media hubs, and ensuring that Rise Up Racing has the operational excellence to last for decades. The 3M Strategy (Merchandise, Media, and Ministry) outlined in this book is our roadmap for sustainability. While our business ventures fuel our operations, the "human" side of this mission—the discipleship and the leadership—relies on a different kind of fuel: a community of philanthropic partners who believe in this vision as much as I do. I am inviting you to join my "Pit Crew." By supporting my salary as President, you aren't just funding a position; you are unlocking the ability for me to go "full throttle" into a mission field that is ready for revival. Let’s see what happens when we stop idling and start driving. With gratitude,

Founding President and CEO Rise Up Racing

The President’s Role

The Engine of the Mission Why Dedicated Leadership? Restoring a community requires more than events; it requires presence. To reach the thousands of enthusiasts across New England, Rise Up Racing needs a full-time leader at the helm—someone to cultivate relationships, build strategic partnerships, and provide spiritual oversight. As Founding President, Skip’s role is the "Spark Plug" that ignites three primary areas of impact:

Spiritual Mentorship & Restoration

The "Garage Chaplain": Providing one-on-one discipleship and spiritual counseling to enthusiasts who may never step foot in a traditional church. Small Group Leadership: Overseeing garage-based Bible studies, creating safe spaces for deep, life-changing conversations. Crisis Response: Being "on-call" for a community that often faces high-pressure environments, offering hope and the grace of God in moments of need.

Strategic Oversight: The Media & Merch Hub

Directing the "3M" Ecosystem: Managing the hub-and-spoke media strategy to ensure our message of restoration reaches the widest possible audience. Platform Monetization: Scaling our digital content and R&G Coffee startup to ensure the operational sustainability of the organization. Partnership Development: Building bridges with sponsors like Central44 and local shops to turn commercial spaces into mission fields.

Visionary Leadership & Growth

C12 & Peer Excellence: Engaging in high-level leadership development (C12) to ensure Rise Up Racing is run with the highest standards of operational excellence. Event Architecture: Designing and executing mission-critical gatherings like OCCUPY NE and FAST Fridays, ensuring every event is an opportunity for Gospel impact. Philanthropic Stewardship: Managing the resources entrusted to us with transparency and strategic focus.

The 3 Pillars

Kingdom Stewardship We believe in a "Lean" approach to ministry where every dollar has a specific, high-impact destination. Our financial structure is built on three distinct pillars to ensure that Rise Up Racing isn't just a moment, but a movement with long-term stability.

The Foundation (The Pit Crew)

We believe the body of believers should sustain the worker. By aiming for a broad base of $100/month partners, we ensure the $125,000 annual salary is a community-backed endeavor. This "crowdfunded" missionary model provides the stability needed for me to go "full throttle" into the mission field without being distracted by administrative lack.

Operational Stability

The 3M Engine

Once the core salary support is met, or through specific mid-tier giving, funds are directed toward scaling our infrastructure. This ensures Rise Up Racing has the professional-grade equipment, liability insurance, and media presence required to maintain a seat at the table with the world’s most elite automotive brands, reclaiming that space for the Kingdom.

Our Merchandise, Media, and Ministry roadmap creates a cycle of sustainability. Revenue generated from Rise Up Racing merchandise and media content is reinvested directly into event production. This keeps our outreach high-quality, "Lean," and professional, ensuring that the excellence of our presentation matches the excellence of the Gospel.
