The President’s Role
The Engine of the Mission Why Dedicated Leadership? Restoring a community requires more than events; it requires presence. To reach the thousands of enthusiasts across New England, Rise Up Racing needs a full-time leader at the helm—someone to cultivate relationships, build strategic partnerships, and provide spiritual oversight. As Founding President, Skip’s role is the "Spark Plug" that ignites three primary areas of impact:
Spiritual Mentorship & Restoration
The "Garage Chaplain": Providing one-on-one discipleship and spiritual counseling to enthusiasts who may never step foot in a traditional church. Small Group Leadership: Overseeing garage-based Bible studies, creating safe spaces for deep, life-changing conversations. Crisis Response: Being "on-call" for a community that often faces high-pressure environments, offering hope and the grace of God in moments of need.
Strategic Oversight: The Media & Merch Hub
Directing the "3M" Ecosystem: Managing the hub-and-spoke media strategy to ensure our message of restoration reaches the widest possible audience. Platform Monetization: Scaling our digital content and R&G Coffee startup to ensure the operational sustainability of the organization. Partnership Development: Building bridges with sponsors like Central44 and local shops to turn commercial spaces into mission fields.
Visionary Leadership & Growth
C12 & Peer Excellence: Engaging in high-level leadership development (C12) to ensure Rise Up Racing is run with the highest standards of operational excellence. Event Architecture: Designing and executing mission-critical gatherings like OCCUPY NE and FAST Fridays, ensuring every event is an opportunity for Gospel impact. Philanthropic Stewardship: Managing the resources entrusted to us with transparency and strategic focus.
