Valued at: original purchase price minus salvage value (Salvage value: Sale weight on Andras supplement sheet x current slaughter bull price) to the buyer for use toward a future purchase. If the buyer exercises either option, the claim shall be deemed fully and satisfactorily resolved. Exceptions: 1. mismanagement or neglect. 2. Breeding guarantees are nullified in cases of injury associated with the buyer merging a purchased bull with buyer’s other bull(s). This breeding guarantee is not mortality insurance. Please contact your personal insurance agent to be sure your bulls are insured against death. Mortality insurance can also be purchased through Martin-Trudeau Livestock Insurance (cost is 7% of purchase price, for a one-year term. Example: Purchase price: $10,000 x 7% = $700 insurance premium due). Buyers will simply contact Martin- Trudeau Livestock Insurance after the sale to arrange purchase. All guarantee claims will be handled on a case- by-case basis. Andras Stock Farm and the buyer will work together to determine the best and most equitable course of action. The ProS Index is an all-purpose index that covers economically relevant traits across all aspects of the beef supply chain from conception to harvest. ProS is
