RETAINED SEMEN INTEREST Seller retains 1/3 semen interest on all bulls selling. Buyers receive full possession and all salvage value. DELIVERY We will be offering a $50 refund on each BULL if you haul him home sale day. Heifers and Cow/Calf pairs are expected to go home with the buyer as soon as possible. GUARANTEE All bulls selling for $4500 or more are guaranteed for the first breeding season (90 days post turnout). Schelske Angus would like to be notified immediately if there is a problem. If a replacement bull is available, he will be provided, if not credit will be given on the next year’s sale. Salvage value of all bulls selling will be $3000. Ex. (Purchase price of bull is $5500 –salvage value $3000 = $2500 credit on next year’s sale). All announcements made from the auction block sale day will take precedence over all printed information.
