LOCATION The Clay Hill Trust farm is located in Section 9, Danville Township, Des Moines County, Iowa, 4½ miles southwest of Danville, Iowa (13 miles west of Burlington, Iowa). From Danville, Iowa proceed south on Co. Rd. X31 1½ miles to Co. Rd. 79, turn right or west and go ¼ mile to 202nd Ave. Turn left or south and proceed 1 mile to Agency Rd., turn left or east and go ¼ mile to 200th Ave., turn right or south and proceed 2 miles to Skunk River Rd. METHOD & TERMS The Clay Hill farm will be sold in two (2) individual tracts based on a survey that is currently in progress, with the final surveyed acres to constitute the final settlement price.
