TRIP ITINERARY

Our journey begins with a talk and guided tour of select areas of Ancient Rome such as Capitoline Hill and Museums, exploring their connections to Ancient and Medieval Core Humanities, before heading to the Tuscan countryside. The evening unfolds with a an authentic pizza night by the pool.

OCTOBER 1ST

ROME TO S O U T H E R N T U S C A N Y

A relaxed morning gives way to a winery visit filled with tastings, stories of winemaking tradition and a long, lingering lunch. The day ends dining under the stars in the garden.

S O U T H E R N T U S C A N Y OCTOBER 2ND

We wander Montepulciano’s medieval streets, then descend into vaulted wine cellars for a tasting at Cantina De’ Ricci. That evening, we roll up our sleeves for a cooking class, preparing and sharing a Tuscan feast together.

OCTOBER 3RD S O U T H E R N T U S C A N Y

The “dying city” of Civita di Bagnoregio enchants with its dramatic cliffs and timeless charm. We then journey through rolling hills to Fiuggi, where the evening is yours to stroll, relax and soak up the town’s quiet beauty.

OCTOBER 4TH

S O U T H E R N TUSCANY TO L A Z I O

In Anagni, we’ll uncover medieval wonders in the cathedral, crypt and museums. Back in Fiuggi, our farewell dinner brings the group together to toast new friendships and memories.

OCTOBER 5TH

L A Z I O

A final adventure leads us to Fumone, a hilltop village of legends and sweeping views, crowned by castle ruins. We close with a lunch of regional flavors before returning to Rome for departure.
