Qualifications/Education MBA qualification, or equivalent professional qualification or experience.

Master’s degree, and additional in-depth professional training and knowledge of financial management, performance management, transformation and service improvement, to doctorate or equivalent level, acquired through training and experienced over an extended period. Evidence of continued professional and managerial development.

Professional Registration Relevant professional registration.

Previous Experience Extensive experience of leadership and achievement at executive level in a relevant field in a large, complex environment. Extensive, in-depth experience of formulating long term, organisation-wide strategic plans and development of projects resulting in positive value for money outcomes, adjusting plans and strategies in anticipation of complex environmental and political changes. Extensive experience of organisation-wide policy development, interpreting complex legislative and other requirements. Extensive, in-depth executive level experience of leading and managing change to improve performance against KPIs. Extensive experience of delivering successful transformation in operational services and implementing innovation in practice. Extensive experience of strategic financial management. Highly developed understanding of the planning, scheduling and management of operational systems within a complex environment. Knowledge Extensive in-depth knowledge and application of change management & organisational development tools and techniques.
