The role of Director of Performance & Improvement is key to achieving Essentia’s strategic ambitions and an influential part of the Essentia senior leadership team, with specific remit for ensuring effective performance with a focus on continuous improvement to drive quality and efficiency across all Essentia activities We are seeking an individual with a proven track record and passion for leading and managing change to improve performance against KPIs in a large, complex organisation. You will have demonstrable experience of formulating long term, organisation-wide strategic plans and a highly developed understanding in the management of operational systems together with experience of managing data and reporting within a complex environment.
The role offers the opportunity for an individual to drive a culture of high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement across one the UK’s largest healthcare portfolios, creating an environment that in turn will make a fantastic difference to so many.
