WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US
Here’s what you can expect from Zweig Group logistically: • Event registration set up at least 30 days before live event • Registration confirmation emails sent to registrants • Event reminder emails sent to registrants at 24 hours and at 2 hours • ZG staff support during the live event • Certificate of Completion for attendees, created and sent to attendees • Full attendee/lead report post-event, including names, titles, organizations, email addresses, and when applicable, poll results and audience Q&A • Recording of the event Promotion of your webinar starts at least 30 days before your live event. Here’s what you can expect from Zweig Group regarding marketing and promotion: • One (1) dedicated email blast regarding the webinar sent to the entire ZG subscription list • One (1) banner ad regarding the webinar in an The Zweig Letter email blast • Promotion of the webinar on various Zweig Group social media channels • Event listing on Zweig Group Learning page
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Unless otherwise communicated, Zweig Group uses Zoom Webinar as the hosting platform.
To allow for ample time for marketing & promotion, please provide Zweig Group with the following at least 30 days before the event: • Marketing materials Company logo in vector format Speaker headshot, high resolution preferred Banner ad for TZL email blast - 1456 x 180 px .png or .jpg Full page of ad in TZL flipping book version (if applicable) - 8.5 x 11 in .pdf with no bleed Social media posts - LinkedIn & Facebook 1200 x 628 px, Twitter 1600 x 900 px, .png or .jpg • Webinar title • Webinar description • Four (4) learning objectives, minimum requirement for AIA learning unit credit • Speaker(s)’ name, bio, and headshot One week before the event: • Please coordinate a mandatory dry run with the Zweig Group events team, to be held at least two days in advance of live webinar • Poll questions, if applicable • Handouts, if applicable

DRY RUN
POST-EVENT EXPECTATIONS
Within about one business day after the live webinar, Zweig Group will: • Send you the final registration report, as well as attendee report • Send you all the poll questions & answers, if applicable • Send you the recording of the webinar in .mp4 format • Send one (1) follow-up email to attendees that includes a certificate of completion, and any other relevant materials from sponsor
Any other post-event follow-up or “thank-you” message beyond the certificate of completion is the sponsor’s responsbility - an opportunity for a direct touchpoint with the leads.
ON-DEMAND ACCESS (UPGRADE)
If you have opted to have Zweig Group host your webinar on-demand, meaning that your content will remain accessible on the Zweig Group Learning page after the live event: • Please allow up to two business days for the recorded content to be posted • Please provide a 10-question quiz, with answers, so that on-demand audience can receive PDH and/or AIA LU credit. Zweig Group will host and grade the quiz, and offer completion of certificate to those who pass the quiz • Zweig Group will continue to share any new leads/registration • On-demand content will stay live for at least one calendar year on the Zweig Group Learning page. As a courtesy, Zweig Group will notify you before removing your content
