"Since our employment programs had to be on hold in 2020 because they were dependent on in-person internships, we pivoted to counseling services. The isolation and unpredictability of Covid was challenging for everyone but it was excruciating for people of the spectrum. I continued to be bombarded with inquiries from parents and people on the spectrum needing counseling, so it was a no-brainer to develop these services.
