The property was purchased by Modway East End Imports for an undis- closed amount from LIT In- dustrial Limited Partnership, a Clarion Partners property. Senior vice presidents David Posner , Robert Sager and David Blitt of BRC repre- sented the purchaser. Clarion Partners was represented by Nate Demetsky of Jones Lang LaSalle . “The Georges Road purchase is a good fit in Modway’s stra- tegic growth plan, offering flex- ibility for the innovative fast growing company,” said Blitt.
