& Wakefield has orches- trated an 83,000 s/f industrial lease at 400 Lyster Ave. in Saddle Brook on behalf of Axis Global Logistics. The firm’s East Rutherford, NJ-based team of Jules Nissim and Stephen Elman represented Axis Global. Owner Branca Properties of East Ruther- ford was represented in-house. The Maspeth, NY-based Axis Global Logistics main- tains its U.S. national fulfill- ment center in Somerset, NJ. “The company acquired a new account and needed a new location in Northern New Jer- sey to service it,” said Elman. “We did a thorough site search of the greater port and greater Meadowlands markets, and this was determined to be the best facility based on the quality of the real estate and the length of the lease that was offered. Axis was also im- pressed by the responsiveness and hands-on management of Branca Properties.” Located on 4.25 acres, 400 Lyster Ave. totals 91,500 s/f, including 4,600 s/f of office space. Constructed in 1973, it is situated in Northern New Jersey’s Route 46 industrial corridor, near the intersection of I-80 and the Garden State Parkway. ROSELAND, NJ — Elias B.
