Fitness Services ANCC’s Fitness Services are committed to assisting you in attaining your optimal physical well-being. Our team of nationally certified Fitness Professionals possess extensive knowledge in general fitness and specializations in weight loss, women’s fitness, and athletic performance. Our personalized and buddy training programs are meticulously designed to align with your unique fitness goals. Furthermore, we offer small group training sessions for individuals who value collaborative workouts with their peers. you’re just starting out or looking to challenge yourself, our certified instructors and supportive community will help you stay on track — and enjoy the journey. Our Junior Fitness Program was created to help our Juniors build safe and consistent habits when using the fitness and wellness center. Juniors aged 13-15 must complete a two-session certification ($120), while juniors aged 16/17 complete a one session ($65) fitness and wellness orientation. The Fitness and Wellness department at Army Navy Country Club offers a variety of services to help you on your fitness and wellness journey. From personal training and group classes, to massage therapy, assisted stretching and wellness activities. Our goal is to make the Fitness and Wellness Center the hub of all of your activities at ANCC.
